"Wanted to express my pleasure with my visits to Dr. Alcalde's office. We had just moved out of state and I found that I needed a tooth extraction, something I was not familiar with, and very concerned about. I was referred by a general dentist and he did not feel comfortable doing the extraction which made me worry. We were in the middle of purchasing a home in Florida, and I did not need this. We have always been very fussy about our dentist and doctors, in fact it was one of my concerns when we decided to move. The staff are all professional, the office is clean and pleasant, and once I met Dr. Alcalde, I felt I was in excellent hands. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions during the consultation. The extraction went without a hitch, no discomfort and they put me completely at ease. I was also impressed with the complete printed instructions, any prescriptions I would need, and the Dr.'s cell for after hours if something urgent came up. There was a follow up call the next day to check on me, and all was well. I of course asked him for referrals for other dentists because I was so pleased. By the way he could not be nicer, more caring, and he is very good looking! What more could you ask for? I have already been referring people to him."
