SWIPE FOR RESULT Not all veneers are created the same. If you look through galleries online, you’ll notice that a lot of dentists after photos all resemble each other, similar size similar shape, similar color, similar characteristics. That’s usually because they’re using a laboratory that isn’t getting information about the patients age, gender, skin tone, face shape, lip position, etc. so they end up making all their veneers kind of the same. By using an in office CAD/CAM system we are able to fully customize everything we make while the patient is in the office. .na .dach .us

Prague->Slovakia->Germany with the greatest group of men. Fun with cars, Oktoberfest, Pilsner Urquell and two track days at Hochenheimring. You’ll never hear a 90 year old on their death bed say “I wish I would have worked MORE”. When you find people that add to your life, add to theirs. Life’s too short to drive slow 😉

SWIPE for result. This is a full mouth rehabilitation meaning every tooth in his mouth received a crown or a veneer or a bridge thereby completely reconstructing his bite from scratch. Normally this process can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months using traditional planning methods. In this case this patient had 24 teeth on Monday we started and completed 18 of the 24 from 9 AM to 1 PM and then on Tuesday we completed the final six from 9 AM to noon. When he left the office Tuesday, he could’ve immediately bit into an apple or a corn on the cob or French bread. The case was fully complete. This is only possible through the use of CADCAM, digital technology, and my own personal methodology for smile design and bite remodeling. I have been told many times that it is impossible to predictably reconstruct a bite that quickly. I have completed dozens of cases like this, and if there is even one that has had postop complications, I am totally unaware of such. And I obviously do follow up with all of them. .us .brasil .na @Tufts DentalsNova Southeastern UniversityCDOCS

25 years of clinical excellence. 👴 😭. Well I’ve been doing this longer than half my life and when you do it at the pace I have you end up with 60 or 70 years worth of experience crammed into a hectic sometimes chaotic often stressful but always challenging quarter century. I remember making my first few big clinical mistakes and thinking “maybe you’ll never excel at this” which was quickly replaced with “if anyone excels at this then you must excel at this”. That belief pushes you through the days when your neck stops working, when your hands cramp from squeezing instruments for hours, when an antagonistic patient wants nothing more than to tear you down, when a staff member that you’ve only ever given to decides to steal from you, when a competitor lies about you, when some days you just need one person to say good job and the only one saying it is in the mirror. That belief is undefeated. And with such belief, so I shall be.

My first time hosting makes me think back to my first time on stage. Scared. Nervous. Underprepared. Excited. I thought I sucked that night even though I got laughs and my close friends will assure me I did suck and I still suck 😆 but I definitely suck LESS now. Friends have told me since college to try stand up and I always thought why would I? One day that turned into what the hell, why wouldn’t I? It’s fun. It’s a challenge. I respect the hell out of the guys that excel at it. And just like most things, it’s definitely harder than it looks. .lauderdaleimprov
