Our busy dental practice is looking for a friendly, organized person to join our front office team as a Dental Scheduler / Receptionist.
Primary responsibilities include:

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Helping patients understand treatment costs and payments
• Keeping the schedules full and running smoothly
• Assisting with dental insurance coordination

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a warm, outgoing personality
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Is comfortable discussing finances with patients
• Is a go-getter who can multitask in a busy environment
• Is tech savvy with strong computer skills and fast, accurate typing

Experience in dentistry, medical offices, customer service, or other patient-focused roles is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
