Dear Creekside Patients,
What a long and strange time this has been! As always, we hope that this letter finds you and your families doing well. First, we would like to thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We have had to cancel so many appointments over the past two months and we know how frustrating that can be for our patients. As we transition towards reopening, we want to update everyone on policy and procedure changes at the clinic.
We are so excited to see patients again! As of right now we are only able to see half as many patients as we were before this all began. What that means is instead of running two chairs and seeing 15 to 20 patients per day, for the time being, we can only run one chair and see 7 to 10 patients per day. As recommendations from the ADA, CDA, and Health Department are ever changing we will be focusing on scheduling 2 weeks at a time and then re-evaluating. We are hopeful that we will be able to operate at full capacity again soon. We have started the process of calling everyone that had a missed appointment since March 17th and will get you scheduled as soon as we can.
We are implementing the following practices and kindly ask that our patients comply:
● If you feel sick or exhibit any symptoms of illness please call to reschedule your appointment.
● Our waiting rooms are currently closed. We ask that you remain in your vehicle until we call you and are ready for you to come up to the office.
● We are asking all patients to come into the office with a face covering that covers both nose and mouth for the safety of our patients and staff.
● Before you enter the office, a staff member will meet with you to take your temperature, sanitize your hands, and fill out some paperwork. If your temperature is above 100.4F we will ask that you call to reschedule your appointment.
● Only patients with scheduled appointments will be allowed in the office. Please do not bring friends, family, or children to the office with you. If the patient is under the age of 14, one adult guardian may accompany the patient to their appointment.
We know that for some of our patients you are not ready to be seen in the office. If we have an appointment for you and you would like to reschedule for a later date, please give us a call and we will be happy to move it for you. We look forward to seeing everyone back in the office and getting back into a somewhat normal routine!
