Dear Creekside Patients,

What a long and strange time this has been! As always, we hope that this letter finds you and your families doing well. First, we would like to thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. We have had to cancel so many appointments over the past two months and we know how frustrating that can be for our patients. As we transition towards reopening, we want to update everyone on policy and procedure changes at the clinic.

We are so excited to see patients again! As of right now we are only able to see half as many patients as we were before this all began. What that means is instead of running two chairs and seeing 15 to 20 patients per day, for the time being, we can only run one chair and see 7 to 10 patients per day. As recommendations from the ADA, CDA, and Health Department are ever changing we will be focusing on scheduling 2 weeks at a time and then re-evaluating. We are hopeful that we will be able to operate at full capacity again soon. We have started the process of calling everyone that had a missed appointment since March 17th and will get you scheduled as soon as we can.

We are implementing the following practices and kindly ask that our patients comply:
● If you feel sick or exhibit any symptoms of illness please call to reschedule your appointment.
● Our waiting rooms are currently closed. We ask that you remain in your vehicle until we call you and are ready for you to come up to the office.
● We are asking all patients to come into the office with a face covering that covers both nose and mouth for the safety of our patients and staff.
● Before you enter the office, a staff member will meet with you to take your temperature, sanitize your hands, and fill out some paperwork. If your temperature is above 100.4F we will ask that you call to reschedule your appointment.
● Only patients with scheduled appointments will be allowed in the office. Please do not bring friends, family, or children to the office with you. If the patient is under the age of 14, one adult guardian may accompany the patient to their appointment.

We know that for some of our patients you are not ready to be seen in the office. If we have an appointment for you and you would like to reschedule for a later date, please give us a call and we will be happy to move it for you. We look forward to seeing everyone back in the office and getting back into a somewhat normal routine!

Since I am a bit of a Star Wars nerd, May the 4th is always a fun day for me and my family. While we are enjoying our time together as a family, I wanted to write and let you know what's going on "behind the scenes". Me and my dental team are still working to acquire the appropriate gear to protect both patients and staff so we can re-open safely. Once we can open, we will be prioritizing our patients with the most severe cases and hope to get back to normal operations as soon as possible. While I have enjoyed bonding with my family during this time, I have missed seeing you all more than you will know. I am looking forward to taking care of your dental needs and sharing our lives. Stay safe and healthy. I can't wait to talk all your ears off soon.

Hello, Creekside Dentistry Family!
We hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy. As Colorado has entered the “Safer-at-home” phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to update you with our office plans for re-opening. As always, our top priority is the safety of our valued patients and our dental team. We hope to open for urgent dental needs in the next few weeks with regular dental cleanings at a later time. All appointments through Friday May 22nd are cancelled and we will call to reschedule once we are open again.
Please rest assured that we are spending this time to prioritize patient needs, to acquire appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and to determine new office protocols to allow us to safely provide care to you once we are able to do so. We will lean on the recommendations of our governing bodies to guide our decisions for patient care.
We understand that some patients have more emergency needs that we want to address as your dental care provider. We will continue to screen patients by phone to determine if they need an emergency appointment and to treat those that require essential emergency treatment. Please call Dr. Watz at (716) 908-0385 with any questions regarding emergencies.
As always, we appreciate your trust and your business. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns, and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding with an ever changing situation.
Be well!
Dr. Watz, Kayla, Jennifer, Megan and Amanda

To Our Patients:
We hope this letter finds you both mentally and physically healthy. The American Dental Association (ADA) has recommended that all dentists remain closed (except for emergency procedures) through the end of April. In compliance with the ADA recommendations and out of concern for the health of our patients and staff, we will remain closed through April 30th. All April appointments have been cancelled and we will reschedule when we are open. We will continue to re-assess our opening date as the world changes. We miss being able to see you all and hope this will end soon. Please stay safe and healthy, and call Dr. Watz at (716) 908-0385 with any issues that arise.

Dear Valued Patients,
Per executive order by Governor Jared Polis on March 19th, our dental office will be closed for all elective and non-essential procedures from March 23rd through April 14th to prevent the spread of COVID-19. For those of you who have scheduled appointments during this time, we will contact you once our office is open to reschedule. If you are experiencing dental pain, please call Dr. Watz directly at 716-908-0385 and he will provide essential care as needed. We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times. We hope that you and your family are staying safe and healthy!
