The Design Process Thank you for considering a blog/website from the Web Baby. Below is the process that is followed once you purchase a blog. Should you have any questions or comments please email us at [email protected]. All emails are returned within 24 hours. 1. Purchase domain name, blog and hosting. 2. Upon purchase and payment of deposit toward blog, we will email you a form with some basic questions requesting information needed to customize your blog. We will also include the estimated date of completion of your blog. 3. We will follow up with a telephone call to confirm information obtained on form, and to ask any other questions pertaining to your chosen blog. 4. You will receive your first draft by the estimated date of completion. At that time, you will let us know of any and all changes you require. 5. We will then make edits. We will go through the edit process until you are happy with your design (up to three drafts). 6. Once edits are complete you will pay the balance owed toward your website. At that time, Media Matters will install and upload your new blog and create your new professional email address. 7. The Blog Baby will finalize the process with a final telephone phone call to make sure you are happy with your blog and to answer any other questions you may have.
