Just avoid anything crunchy, sticky, or hard, such as nuts, bone-in meat, chips, corn on the cob, and similar items. Instead, opt for braces-safe options like soft sandwiches, cheese, apple sauce, and yogurt. They can prevent damaged braces, satisfy your hunger, and help maintain good oral health! 😁

Your retainer is essential to maintaining your new smile. 😁 Without them, your teeth are at a greater risk of becoming misaligned again.

Retainer check-ins are an important part of the retention process. At them, we’ll confirm your retainer is still in good condition, that it still fits properly, and that your teeth haven’t moved. If need be, we’ll get you a replacement or provide options for fixing any shifts. 🙌
