Does your child sleep with their mouth open?

Mouth breathing at night may be more than just a habit. It can be a sign that your child is struggling to breathe comfortably during sleep, and may affect sleep quality, daytime energy, focus, and development.

Pay attention to how your child breathes while they sleep. Sometimes the signs are right in front of us.

You can sleep 8 hours and still wake up feeling exhausted.

Quality sleep isn’t just about how long you sleep, it’s also about how well you breathe while you sleep. Disrupted breathing can interfere with restorative sleep and leave you dealing with fatigue, headaches, difficulty concentrating, and more.

If you’re getting enough sleep but never feel truly rested, it may be time to look deeper.
