🎻 From Pain and Frustration to Playing Again
As a professional violinist, our patient relied on being able to perform without pain. Unfortunately, severe clenching, grinding, and jaw locking had become a daily struggle. Despite wearing a night guard, she had cracked the same filling three separate times and was dealing with constant discomfort.
After being referred to Dr. Krish, we took a closer look at the root cause of her symptoms and created a customized treatment plan designed specifically for her needs.
Today, she is pain-free, sleeps comfortably through the night, wakes up refreshed, and no longer experiences the clenching and grinding that once affected every aspect of her life. Most importantly, she is back to doing what she loves—playing her violin without pain or limitations.
Helping patients reclaim their health, sleep, and quality of life is why we do what we do.

After years of struggling with TMJ pain — including jaw surgery over 10 years ago after her disc slipped out of place — she came to us still dealing with jaw pain, limited opening, earaches, grinding, clenching, and constant trouble sleeping. Previous appliances she had made were no longer helping, and simple things like eating comfortably had become difficult.
After just 3 months of treatment with our team, her life has changed in so many ways. Her jaw pain has almost completely disappeared, her opening has vastly improved, chewing pain is gone, and she’s finally able to enjoy foods she missed for years. She’s sleeping through the night, no longer dealing with ear pain, and has noticed a major reduction in grinding and clenching.
Thank you for trusting us with your care and giving us the opportunity to help restore your comfort, sleep, and quality of life. Stories like this mean everything to our team.

Facial pressure, headaches, jaw pain, ear fullness… many people assume these symptoms are caused by sinus problems when the real issue may actually be TMJ dysfunction.

Because TMJ disorders and sinus pain can feel very similar, it’s common for patients to go months — or even years — without getting the right diagnosis.

Our latest blog breaks down the key differences between TMJ pain and sinus pain, common symptoms to watch for, and when it may be time to seek a TMJ evaluation.
