Healthy snacks are important, and we are here to share some that are also dentist-approved!
What your child eats will affect his or her teeth. Eating foods that are high in vitamin c, calcium, and phosphorus are great for keeping little smiles healthy.

Keeping your breath fresh involves more than you may think. While rinsing with mouthwash and popping in a mint or two can be short-term solutions, there are many things you can do to keep your breath fresh in the long run! Make sure you are changing out your toothbrush frequently, brushing properly, and flossing regularly. A good oral care routine is the best cure for bad breath.
