Patient was very unhappy with the dark shade of her teeth. She was in the process of interviewing for jobs, but lacked confidence because she “hated” her teeth. Young patient presents with decay on both central incisors. Kept it conservative with dental bonding. Will probably do veneers in the future, but he just wanted bonding for now

Conservative dental bonding procedure to eliminate cervical abrasion (tooth wear at gum line). Also removed old bonded filling to the right of the photo. If you look closely, you can see a couple of dark spots, which is decay.

Patient wasn’t happy with the shape and spaces between her teeth. She completed braces and these spaces couldn’t close. She was so self conscious of her smile, that she wanted to do porcelain veneers to give her the esthetic result she desired. Patient was very happy with the result.

Note:The teeth are not as dark as the photo on the bottom. It was a lighting issue.
