The month of May is designated “Save Your Teeth” month. Unlike sharks, humans have one set of permanent teeth, making oral health very important. Although sometimes unavoidable, having a tooth extracted should always be a last resort, as it can substantially alter many functions in your mouth. At GFD, our knowledgeable and amazing group of providers educate our patients on best practices and restorative options that enable and empower patients to keep their natural dentition. It’s imperative to have an examination, x-ray analysis, and cleaning twice a year.
