Our practice is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to greet our patients. Front desk employees are the face of our practice. Responsibilities include answering the phones, making patient appointments, and scheduling.

Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience in a dental or medical practice, strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Greet patients as they arrive
Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments
Confirming insurance eligibility
File important documents and keep them well-organized
Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not required.
