How long does it REALLY take to get a dental implant? Let’s break it down!

STEP 1 — Consultation & Planning
First, your dentist will evaluate your teeth, gums, bone, and overall oral health. Imaging, such as a 3D scan, may be used to create your treatment plan.

STEP 2 — Implant Placement
Next, the titanium implant is placed into the jawbone. This acts like the root of your new tooth.

STEP 3 — Healing
Now comes the waiting part. The implant needs time to integrate with your bone—a process called osseointegration. This can take several months.

STEP 4 — Your New Tooth
