🌟 Celebrating 15 Years of Lindsey Butler! 🌟

Today, we are celebrating an incredible milestone for someone who has been such an important part of the Johnson and Mahan Dental Care family — Lindsey Butler! 💙
For 15 years, Lindsey has dedicated herself to our patients, our team, and the dental profession. Her journey with us began in sterilization, and through hard work, dedication, and a desire to learn, she grew into a chairside dental assistant for Dr. Johnson and Dr. Mahan, where she served for 6 years.

After that, Lindsey took on a new challenge as our Patient Coordinator, a role she held for 4 years. Today, she serves as our Insurance Coordinator, a position that requires tremendous knowledge, patience, communication, and compassion.

Lindsey has the difficult job of balancing the needs and expectations of our patients, insurance companies, and our dental practice. It is a role that takes both skill and heart — and Lindsey brings plenty of both! ❤️

Her years as a dental assistant have given her a unique perspective and an incredible advantage in her current role. She understands firsthand what goes into providing quality dental care and all the moving pieces involved behind the scenes. Most importantly, she understands what it means to care for the patient.

Lindsey, we are so thankful for the 15 years of hard work, loyalty, growth, and love you have given to Johnson and Mahan Dental Care. Your dedication has made a lasting difference in our practice and in the lives of countless patients.

If you've visited our practice over the past 15 years, chances are you've had the pleasure of meeting this incredible lady who has poured her heart into caring for our patients and serving our dental family.

Ashley first applied to our practice in 2011 as we were growing into our current location. She had no dental experience, but she had something even more valuable—a remarkable work ethic. Rather than simply submitting her résumé and waiting for a response, she asked if she could shadow for an afternoon. Instead of standing back hoping to be noticed, she immediately began looking for ways to help and demonstrate just how hardworking she was. We didn't hesitate to hire her.

Before long, Ashley became a full-time chairside assistant, learning new skills every day. In 2014, she took the next step in her career by enrolling in dental hygiene school, determined to expand her clinical knowledge and better serve her patients.

Fast forward 15 years, and Ashley has been a constant presence beside Drs. Johnson and Mahan—patient by patient, procedure by procedure, always bringing compassion, dedication, and excellence to everything she does.

Today, we proudly celebrate Ashley Eck and thank her for 15 years of outstanding service to our patients, our community, and everyone at Johnson and Mahan Dental Care. We are incredibly grateful to have you as part of our family. Congratulations, Ashley!
