The American Dental Association recommends:
- Brushing your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste at least twice a day (for 2 minutes each time)
- Flossing between your teeth at least once daily
- Limiting your consumption of sugary drinks and snacks
- Visiting your dentist regularly for routine check-ups as directed. (Dr. Wilbanks may also provide you with personalized oral hygiene instructions as needed.)
