Hope keeps the front desk running with a smile and a whole lot of heart! 🤍

Whether she’s helping patients, answering questions, or keeping things organized, she always does it with kindness and a positive attitude. We appreciate all the hard work she puts in every single day to make our office feel welcoming and smooth for both our team and our patients.

She also runs our “Army reservist” appointment scheduling -getting our men ready for deployment!

And when she’s off the clock, you’ll probably find her in her cowboy hat spending time with her horse, son and husband-and doing what she loves most-being a mom! 🐴💗

Happy Front Desk Appreciation Week to Michelle! 🖤

Michelle is one of the smiling faces that keeps our office running smoothly every single day! She handles our insurance verification department, answers phones, helps patients, and just keeps on kicking no matter what the day brings.

She’s been with us for over a year now, and honestly, she fits in just like family. We are so thankful for her hard work, dedication, and caring heart.

When she’s not at the office, she’s spending time with her family and staying busy with her kids — because through and through, Michelle is a mom first. 💕 She would do absolutely anything for anyone, and that kind of heart is hard to find.

Happy Front Desk Appreciation Week to our amazing Treatment Coordinator, Lina! 🤍

For over 5 years, Lina has been such an important part of our office and our patient experience. She works hard every single day helping patients understand their insurance benefits and treatment costs, preparing estimates, scheduling future appointments, and making sure everything runs smoothly after treatment. She’s often the last smiling face our patients see before leaving the office — and she is constantly complimented on how sweet and caring she is!

Behind the scenes, Lina keeps so many moving parts organized while always making patients feel comfortable and cared for.

When she’s off the clock, she loves spending time with her husband Sal and their two daughters, Ava and Ella. We love that Ella is following in her mama’s footsteps and pursuing a future in dental — even working with us when she’s home from school. Such a proud moment and such a wonderful role model!

✨ FRONT DESK APPRECIATION WEEK ✨

Today we are celebrating our very own Cherish! 💖

For the past 5+ years, Cherish has been the heart of our financial department and such an important part of our office family. Every single day she works tirelessly behind the scenes fighting for our patients with insurance companies, helping families understand their benefits, and keeping our office running smoothly.

She is one of the hardest workers you will ever meet — always on task, dependable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed. But beyond that, she’s incredibly sweet, funny, caring, and genuinely one of the best people to be around. 😊

When she’s not at the office, she loves spending time with her husband Justin, her dog Jake, and cheering on her son at SEMO Aviation ✈️🐾❤️

Shoutout to our AMAZING office manager & hygienist! 🦷✨

With 25 years of experience at our office under her belt, she makes everything look effortless but we all know just how much hard work, dedication, and heart goes into what she does every single day. From keeping the office running smoothly to taking the best care of our patients, she truly does it all!

In her off time she loves spending time with her husband Greg! Her 4 grown kids still keep her hopping —but she is definitely enjoying the empty nest after 20 years of raising kids.

We are so lucky to have someone so talented, compassionate, and committed on our team. Thank you for everything you do!!!

Shoutout to one of our incredible hygienists! 🦷💙

She works her tail off every single day to give our patients the absolute best care. The dedication, effort, and heart she puts into each appointment never goes unnoticed. She truly goes above and beyond, making every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and valued

In her down time she spends every waking minute with her boys -Zack, Blake, and Preston .
Sports fields, time clocks, uniforms..that’s her jam’. She goes above and beyond on and off the clock!

🦷💙 Dental Assistant Appreciation Week Spotlight: Raechel! 💙🦷

We are so excited to celebrate Raechel this week!

Raechel is one of those special team members who has been part of our family before, ventured out to gain more experience and learning opportunities, and then came back to us even stronger. We love seeing our assistants grow, and we’re so glad Raechel is back where she belongs!

She originally started with us as a hygiene assistant and returned as a doctor’s assistant, bringing with her an incredible work ethic and a true desire to learn and improve every day. Raechel currently plays a huge role in caring for our new patients and emergency patients, including many of our military reserve patients preparing for deployment — GO USA! 🇺🇸

Her dedication to patients and willingness to jump in wherever needed makes her such a valuable part of our team.

Outside the office, Raechel loves spending time with her boyfriend Robbie and their adorable new puppy Winston. They also enjoy spending time with their families, who they are very close to.

We are so proud of the growth Raechel has shown and so thankful to have her back with us.

🦷💙 Dental Assistant Appreciation Week Spotlight 💙🦷
Celebrating our Dream Hygiene Team: Lizzy & Maddie!

Today we are shining the spotlight on two incredible assistants who help keep our hygiene department running like a dream — Lizzy and Maddie! Together with Kristi and Kathy, this hygiene crew is truly unmatched!

Maddie may be our youngest assistant, but she is wise beyond her years! She learns quickly and is always eager to grow and take on new things. Maddie is also our most empathetic soul — she wears her heart on her sleeve and keeps all of us “seasoned” ones in check! She works incredibly hard to keep Kristi moving smoothly from patient to patient, making every transition seamless.

Outside the office, Maddie loves spending time with her boyfriend and her family. She’s also our health-conscious queen — you will never catch her eating fast food! Her sweet personality and positive attitude make every day brighter for our team and our patients.

Lizzy is our super assistant who somehow manages to run three columns most days like a pro! She keeps Kathy on track and does an amazing job connecting with patients. Lizzy knows every aspect of assisting and can jump in with the doctors whenever needed.

She’s also our comic relief — the one who always has something hilarious to say right when things get chaotic! Lizzy keeps us laughing and always keeps us on our toes.

Outside the office, Lizzy is the proud mom to the adorable Paisley. She loves spending time with her daughter, her boyfriend Simon, and his son, making lots of family memories together.

✨ Together, Lizzy and Maddie make an incredible hygiene team alongside Kristi and Kathy. Their teamwork, dedication, humor, and heart make our office stronger every single day.

We are so grateful for everything you both do! 💙
