Monday and Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Tuesday: 7am-4pm
Thursday: 7am-2pm Married, with five children, his favorite pastime is riding and competing on his horses.

After completing his undergraduate studies at BYU, Dr. Taggart graduated from the University of Washington Dental School in 1987.

40 years ago, as a freshman in college, Dr. Taggart was in a performing group that did two stateside tours and a five week tour to Poland and the Soviet Union. These pictures are of TV tapings in Poland (the color pic) and the Soviet Union (the B&W pic). Dr. Taggart is at the left in the band in both pics, playing the trumpet.
