General dentist office in search for a front desk personnel to complete our team. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. Duties include:
- answering phones
- creating appointments
- checking patients in and out
- keeping reception area clean and neat
- friendly demeanor when interacting with people
- verifying insurance benefits/eligibility
- must have good work ethic
Reception and/or customer service experience helpful. No dental experience necessary. Background in medical and dental terminology helpful. Will train the right person.
