🦷 If sipping hot drinks or eating ice cream makes your teeth twinge, you may be experiencing sensitivity. ❄️ This is often caused by worn enamel or exposed roots, and it can hint at things happening below the surface. Simple changes like using a soft-bristled brush and a toothpaste for sensitive teeth can help.

Want to know if something more might be needed? Let’s talk about what’s normal and when it’s time for the dentist to take a closer look! 💙
