Dr. Shanna, Dr. Sikora and our staff are dedicated to making sure every patient gets the care and attention they need. We always have the patient's best interests in mind; we'll treat you the way we'd want to be treated. Our superb staff has been serving families in the Augusta / Gardiner area (and beyond) since 1978 when Dr. Shanna's father, Dr. Donald Gagnon, first opened his dental practice in

downtown Gardiner. We've established a reputation for top notch dentistry while delivering solid value - just ask any of our long time patients! We do our best to make everything easy, from scheduling appointments to submitting insurance claims for you. If you're coming to see us from a previous dentist, we can help with the transition. Since we have a few hygienists, we can even schedule the whole family at the same time. Happy Summer! Do you know an awesome dental hygienist who might enjoy working here?

We are seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join our staff. We are open to hiring either an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate.
We have many long time patients but are also accepting new ones, and our new hygienist will see a mix of patients for both doctors. We are looking for someone who is the right fit for our office, and we want to be the right fit for them.

Dental Assistant

Our dental office is seeking a friendly and energetic dental assistant for full time hire.

This position will involve assisting general dentists, processing instruments, turning over rooms, and interacting with patients and staff.

Assisting & sterilization skills, ability to work within a team, and a positive attitude are required. Applicants must be personable, professional, dependable, and able to multitask effectively.

Radiology certification and assisting experience are preferred but we're willing to train the right person if they have all of the other requirements.

Pay will be determined based on skills and experience.

Schedule: M-Thu 7:30-5

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
