After over 40 years of dedicated service, one of our beloved longtime hygienists is planning to retire. That means we have an opening for a new hygienist to step into an established, busy schedule with a loyal patient base.
We know most great dental hygienists already have a job they love. Whether a seasoned professional looking for a different rhythm or a new grad wanting a supportive home, we’d love to connect with a compassionate hygienist to see if we're a good fit for each other.
What a week looks like with us:
Predictable 34-hour, 4-day schedule (Monday–Thursday, no Fridays!). Also open to flexible part time possibilities.
Excellent earnings ($52–$57/hr typical, $45/hr guaranteed minimum + production incentives)
$3,000 transition bonus
Employer-paid health insurance, 401(k) safe harbor and profit sharing, paid leave
