Building healthy habits early makes a big difference! A few tips to help your kiddos keep those smiles shining:
🪥 Do a quick parent brush/check after they’re done
⏳ Use a sand timer to make brushing fun (2 minutes!)

We recommend brushing twice a day for 2 minutes and flossing once a day.
