Our team at Falmouth Dentistry is led by Dr. Kyra Chadbourne, who vowed to become a dentist at age 13 after hearing about a projected shortage of dentists in Maine. She wanted nothing more than to serve the people of her home state! After earning a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale, Dr. Chadbourne went on to graduate from SUNY Buffalo with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. In 2009, she began her dental career by working with Community Dental Maine, providing dental health treatment, prevention, and education to Maine residents. To this day, her passion for helping others shines through every appointment at Falmouth Dentistry. She heads our team in providing gentle, personalized treatments with high-class customer service. From dental checkups to sleep apnea treatment and more, you and your family can count on Dr. Chadbourne for smile-worthy dental care here in Falmouth.

Sometimes it only takes a few small adjustments to change the whole picture. ✨

With Invisalign, we gently guided a few minor imperfections into place, and the result is a smile that's balanced, confident, and completely their own. No metal brackets, just do the work.

What Invisalign could do for your smile? Message us or call to schedule a consultation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patient Love for Cyndi!

“Cindy did a wonderful job with my routine cleaning. I have TMJ and she was so accommodating and allowed me to keep as little tension in my jaw for the appointment as possible. She is kind and personable and cares very much for her patients. She is also very entertaining and I loved hearing her anecdotes and stories!”

Thank you for trusting us with your smile! 🦷✨ We’re so lucky to have Cyndi on our team — her care and personality make every visit better.

The best care starts with a team that never stops working to be better. 🤩

Our Falmouth Dentistry team dedicates time for training and professional development—focusing on communication, teamwork, and one of the most important questions we can ask: What matters most to our patients?

Providing an exceptional level of quality and care takes continued education, thoughtful systems, collaboration, and a team committed to getting better every day.

We are proud to invest the time and effort behind the scenes so that we can continue to provide the level of service our patients and community deserve.

Learning. Improving. Raising the bar.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Best experience I’ve had ever!”

That’s what one of our patients told us after their very first visit! From the first phone call to checking out, they said it was hands down the best customer service experience they’ve had.

They came to us nervous, having not been to the dentist in several years. By the time they left? Comfortable, cared for, and already looking forward to their next visit.

A huge thank you to our incredible hygienist Cindy, who took the time to explain every step and helped turn a first-time visit into a “like I’ve been coming here for years” kind of appointment. This is why we do what we do. 💙

Thank you for trusting us with your smile. We can’t wait to see you again!

📞 New patients welcome, call today to book your visit.
