We are incredibly humbled and grateful to share that Carr Orthodontics has been named Williamson County’s Best Orthodontic Practice in the 2026 Main Street Awards! 🤍

This recognition means so much to us-not simply because of the award, but because it represents the trust our community has placed in our practice.

We also want to celebrate and recognize the many incredible orthodontic offices throughout Williamson County who were nominated. There are so many talented doctors, amazing teams, and practices providing exceptional care in our community. We are truly honored to be among them.

From day one, we have tried to build Carr Orthodontics around four core values: Faith. Integrity. Excellence. Community. We strive to let those values guide the way we care for our patients, serve our families, support our community, and work together as a team.

✨ Cindy – Our clinical assistant and treatment coordinator, bringing decades of experience, exceptional patient care, and a calming presence to every appointment. Our patients and team are better because of you.

✨ Holley – Our newest team member, but certainly not new to orthodontics! With nearly 20 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge, confidence, and compassion to our office. Holley has jumped right in, caring for our patients like family and helping our team continue to provide the exceptional experience we strive for every day. Some smile journeys take a little extra perseverance 💫

This sweet patient came to us after moving from out of state and had already been in braces for over a year. At the time, she still had a very deep bite and significant overjet - and it would have been easy to feel discouraged.

But instead of getting burned out, she stayed committed, trusted the process, and wore her rubber bands like a champ 👏🏼

The result? A beautiful, healthy smile and bite transformation that she worked hard for every step of the way. We are so proud of her dedication and so thankful we got to be part of her journey! 🦷✨

My heart is so full of gratitude. Thank You, God, for the incredible gift of Your Son. Thank You, Jesus, for Your sacrificial love: choosing the cross, bearing our sins, and making a way for grace, forgiveness, and eternal life.

Holley brings an incredible 18 years of experience in orthodontics, along with a true heart for patient care. She grew up in Nashville and is thrilled to be part of the Fairview community, caring for so many families- especially those whose kids have grown up alongside her own.

Her experience, warmth, and passion for what she does make her such a perfect fit for our office, and we know our patients are going to love her just as much as we do!

✨🦷 Career Day! 🦷✨

I had the best time getting to talk with so many students about what I do as an orthodontist. They asked the most thoughtful, curious questions and were incredibly polite and engaged. It was so fun to see their excitement about learning something new.

Moments like this remind me how much I love what I do and how special it is to share it with the next generation. Who knows… maybe I met a few future orthodontists! 😊

✨ Smile Transformation Spotlight ✨

This sweet girl just wrapped up her Phase 1 orthodontic treatment-and what a difference it made!

We started with an upper expander and upper braces to address a posterior crossbite and an anterior open bite. Early intervention allowed us to guide her growth, create space, and set the foundation for a healthy, functional bite.

Now look at that beautiful, confident smile! 😁

Phase 1 isn’t always about perfection—it’s about timing, prevention, and giving kids the best start for long-term success.

We’re so proud of her progress and can’t wait to see her smile continue to grow! 💫

🎉 Carr Orthodontics is TWO! 🎉

It’s hard to believe that Carr Orthodontics is officially celebrating 2 years in business. What started as a big leap of faith has grown into something far beyond what I could have imagined.

I am incredibly grateful- for God’s guidance every step of the way, for our amazing team who pours their hearts into this practice daily, and for our patients and families who trust us with their care. Watching this office grow into a place rooted in faith, integrity, excellence, and community has been such a blessing.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, referred friends, prayed for us, and cheered us on. We are just getting started, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds! 🤍
