Cavities are complicated…they’re a mix of diet, oral hygiene, your particular bacteria and your saliva. They all influence your mouth pH. All that being said…the less acidic your mouth the better! Drink water!! Bathe your teeth in a neutral substance can help bring your mouth back into homeostasis. Especially my teens…y’all are very dehydrated and only drink sugary things. Please stop and drink water!

I’m a huge believer in Fluoride for teeth! Parents often ask what’s the best toothpaste? There’s no single great brand, it’s just the one your child will accept. If they’re taste and/or texture sensitive just dry brush. The physical act of brushing plaque off teeth is the main goal 🦷🪥 Squeeky clean Chompers please!
