We would like to officially welcome Dr Rashmi Patil, DMD to the Elite Family! She has been with us since the beginning of the year in our Fair Oaks, Falls Church, and Bealeton offices, and has already served so many families through her care, education, and bright personality. We appreciate her dedication to her craft, this team, and above all, the kiddos in her chair! It’s been a pleasure to work alongside her and learn from her in the few weeks she’s been with us, but we are all the more excited for the coming memories and families we have the opportunity to serve with her as a part of our team!

We love to make our kiddos feel excited and confident about their smile, and sometimes that involves the undertaking of a procedure. With the help of our incredible team, we provide an environment they can feel safe, loved, and have fun in! Our sweet Maggie even told us after her lip tie release that her uncle Coleman should come see us 🥰🫶
