iCare Family Dentistry Welcome to iCare Family Dentistry! He studied at the University of Wisconsin- Madison and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry.

Dr. Jhia-Ming Chang, also goes by Andy, was born in Taiwan and came to the United States in 1996 to study and fulfil his dream of becoming a dentist. He attended Pennsylvania State University for his Master of Science Degree where he majored in Integrative Biosciences and Immunology Option. Afterwards, he went on to complete his studies at State University of New York at Buffalo to obtain his Doct

or of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Andy had the chance to travel to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic in 2011 and provided comprehensive dental treatments to underserving population and has continued to provide community service. Dr. Chang completed his residency in PA and moved to Virginia in 2014 where he currently lives with his wife, Vivian, and their daughter in Annandale, Virginia. Andy can speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. On his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, playing basketball, and spending time with his family and friends!
