This must be my all time favorite Smile Design...not because it was my most difficult case. It was the story. This beautiful young lady showed up in my office (from another state). She never smiled because she was self-conscious about her teeth (tetracycline staining). All of her friends and family members assured her that she was beautiful just the way she was, and they were right. However, this was a problem for her. When we enhanced her smile, she was ecstatic. Her whole personality changed! This made the entire office feel gratified...like we did something good to help this patient. The story and how it helped this patient is why we do what we do.
