September is recognized as National Gum Care Month to highlight the critical importance of gum health to overall oral hygiene and physical wellness. Poor oral hygiene can lead to gum infections and the development of gingivitis and periodontitis. 🦷

Signs of Gum Trouble:
• Gums that bleed easily when brushing or flossing
• Red, swollen, or tender gums
• Receding gums that pull away from teeth
• Persistent bad breath

Prevention Tips:
• Brush and floss daily to remove plaque buildup along the gum line.
• Visit your dentist regularly for professional cleanings and checkups.
• Maintain a balanced diet rich in nutrients and avoid to***co use.
