It's Sugar awareness week! Do you know where hidden sugars are??? Could you be drinking candy?? Check out some sugar contents in common beverages, you could be getting more sugar than you think! Just 1 teaspoon is equal to 4 grams of sugar!! Frequent sugar exposure can cause cavities, so be sure to brush and floss after sugary sweets and drink plenty of water along side higher sugar beverages.
