Today our team stepped away from the practice for a little self care, connection, and fun with an incredible reformer Pilates session at Pilates Studio |📍Sacramento, CA, followed by an amazing lunch at Casa Lola. Thank you both for the warm hospitality and such a memorable experience!

We’re so grateful for our amazing team and everything they do behind the scenes to create the best possible experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Taking time to recharge together helps us come back even stronger.
