Happy Halloween 🎃 👻
Wishing everyone a spooky good time this year! As you head out for trick-or-treating or reach for some leftover candy here are a few tips!

🍬 It is not the sugar and candy that causes tooth decay. It is the acid that is produced in your mouth after consuming certain foods that causes a chemical imbalance that they can lead to cavities. This can happen after consuming many different types of food, not just sweets!

🍫 We suggest, reaching for chocolatey treats as opposed to gummy candies because these tend to stick to our teeth and remain in the mouth for longer periods of time.

🪥 enjoy the holiday treats that you like just remember to brush and floss ideally within one hour of consuming!
