Every morning starts with careful planning and preparation. They review chart notes, anticipate patient needs, and prepare each treatment room with the instruments, materials, and supplies that may be needed throughout the appointment. No detail is overlooked!
From maintaining impeccable sterilization and infection control standards to ensuring every room is organized and ready for care, their dedication helps create a seamless experience for both patients and providers.
And perhaps most importantly, they show up with positive energy, a cheerful attitude, and a commitment to supporting the entire team through a full day of patient care.

Jim endured years of incapacitating pain. He received a diagnosis of Trigeminal Neuralgia, but unfortunately, he never experienced any pain relief or understanding of the underlying cause. Only four visits later and he is pain free and living his best life!

I am so blessed by my son in law and my husband who have helped us at Amy Norman DDS during the busiest times. These two dental assistants are very appreciated!!! Daniel has helped us for the last two years but is transitioning into his actual field of cybersecurity and Mikal stepped in to train, and help us in our desperation, until our new assistant starts.
Boy oh boy am I a lucky girl!!
