Case of the we day 🤓

Zach came to our office with severe deep bite, severe upper and lower crowding, his lower canines were blocked out of the arch, and narrow upper and lower dental arches.

With the use of the right mechanics using Invisalign clear aligners, and his great compliance, we were able to eliminate his severe crowding and open his anterior bite to a healthy overlap between his upper and lower anterior teeth.

What he enjoyed the most is his smile transformation and how it got filled with his teeth, we were able to improve the Buccal corridors (The space between the outside surface of the posterior teeth and the corners of the lips when the patient smiles) by widening the arches and give a nice gentle curve that fits his smile and his face, you can see it in pic #2

Today we had a very special guest ! Dr. Salem’s dad 😍

Did you know that Dr. Salem’s dad is an Orthodontist, he earned his Specialty and Masters degrees in Orthodontics from the University of Rochester, Eastman institute of Oral health, New York in 1968, and he also did Dr. Salem’s braces when he was a teenager 🙂 so he is the Original Dr. Salem 💫❤️

Sophia came to our office with severe Class II bite, Impinging Overbite and excessive Overjet, and her main concern was her lower lip getting caught under her upper teeth (at rest).

In severe cases, sometimes starting early will avoid needing surgery or extraction in the future.
With the right mechanics, no surgery or extracting teeth, and with patient’s amazing compliance, Dr. Salem and team were able to transform Sophia’s teeth, smile and more importantly her self esteem to get the healthy and beautiful smile she always wished for.

Avery had numerous orthodontic problems from anterior cross bite, posterior cross bite, difficulty while chewing food, and lots of crowding and blocked teeth, she has always come to her appointment happy, full of energy and excitement to get her treatment and colors done 💕🌈

Case of the day !!

Brandon is a handsome young man who came to our office with deep overbite, severe lower , and his lower right canine was sticking out in an under bite that caught his upper lip every he closes his mouth, which made and and not enjoyable, which was also his main concern along with the esthetic look of his lower teeth.
