Anybody can say they’re good at this. We have the screenshots.
350 implants isn’t a marketing number. It’s 350 separate times someone sat in our chair, trusted us with their face, and walked out able to bite into something they’d been avoiding for years. 500 smiles is 500 people who used to do the closed-mouth photo thing. 2,700 lives in a single year is a genuinely unhinged amount of dentistry for one practice, and we’re a little proud of it.
The 4.8 stars? That’s the part we can’t control. You can run all the implants you want, but you can’t make 432 people lie about how it felt.

The reason people put off the consult for years usually has nothing to do with the procedure. It’s the appointment itself they’re scared of. They imagine sitting in a chair while someone in a white coat pressures them toward the most expensive option and waits for a yes.
A consult here is genuinely just information. We scan your mouth, we look at what’s actually going on, and we tell you the truth about what your options are and what each one costs. Some people leave ready to move forward. Some people leave knowing they want to wait a year. Both of those are completely fine outcomes.
Knowing where you stand is worth the appointment on its own, even if you do nothing afterward.

We’ve spent enough time in consults with patients to know the assumptions that have been quietly running their decision-making for years. Most of them are based on the dentures their grandparents wore and the implant stories they heard from someone who got the work done in 2003.
Full arch implants are a different category of treatment. The teeth are anchored into the jawbone with titanium implants placed surgically and integrated permanently. They function as your teeth. The reason most patients end up in our chair for something bigger than they expected is almost always the same. They waited for a sign that wasn’t going to come.
Most of the dental problems we treat in advanced stages started out completely silent. Cracked teeth that didn’t hurt for months. Gum disease that progressed without symptoms. Infections that built up quietly under a crown until they had nowhere left to go. The pain shows up last, after everything else has already happened.
The exam isn’t the upsell. The exam is what keeps the next ten years from being expensive.

Cosmetic dentistry has a marketing problem. The before-and-afters online frame it as vanity, like the only people who get veneers are influencers and reality TV stars chasing a look.
What that misses is the actual conversation we have in this office most weeks. It’s not “I want perfect teeth.” It’s “I haven’t smiled in a photo in 15 years.” Or “I covered my mouth when I gave a speech at my brother’s wedding and I still think about it.” Or “my kids have never seen me show my teeth in a picture.”
That’s not vanity. That’s a person who’s been quietly editing themselves out of their own life because of something they think everyone notices.
Spoiler: nobody is looking as hard as you are.

Sedation gets marketed like a luxury add-on, the premium tier for people who want the spa version of a root canal.
For a significant portion of our patients it’s something completely different than that. It’s the only way they ever sit down in the chair at all, after years of walking around with an infection or a broken tooth because their body kept saying no every time they tried to book.
Fear at the dentist is a physical response, often built from a single bad experience as a kid, and it doesn’t respond to logic or pep talks. What it responds to is finally being in a room where the people in charge take the fear seriously and have a plan for it.
We offer three options here, nitrous for the lighter end, oral sedation for moderate anxiety, and IV for the patients who want to sleep through the whole thing. The first conversation walks through which one actually fits.
