Same Friendly Faces, New Name

Dr. Burkett began practicing with Dr. Joyce Albog in 2018 as the lead dentist at Dental Associates West which has been serving Evansville’s west side for over 25 years. In November 2020, Dr. Burkett purchased the practice with goals to continue to provide quality dental care for another 25 years and beyond. You can find Burkett Family Dentistry at the same location on Pearl Drive — 5310 Pearl Drive, Suite C, Evansville, IN 47712.

Dental Associates West is happy to announce that we will resume seeing patients for routine dental care on May 4th. We will continue to delay hygiene treatment for a short time, but we will be back to normal operations as soon as possible. Please read the following changes to expect at your next appointment.

-If you had an appointment that was canceled or delayed, please be patient and understand we are working very hard to reschedule you as quickly as possible. Appointment times are being spaced apart and we are seeing fewer patients per day to limit the amount of people in the office at one time.
-We are following all guidelines set by the CDC and American Dental Association to keep your next appointment as safe as possible for you and our team.
-We will be screening all patients by phone and again in person for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. Your temperature will also be taken before your appointment.
-When you arrive at your appointment, please call us at 812-422-1135 and let us know you are here. Please wait in your car and we will call you back to let you know we are ready for you to enter the office.
-We ask that only the patient to be seen come to their appointment due to social distancing recommendations. We will ask other guests to wait in their cars. We will make exceptions for our pediatric and elderly patients who need accompaniment.
-We ask that all patients entering the building to wear a facemask until seated for your appointment.
-We will look a little different at your next appointment. Our team will be wearing our personal protective equipment including face shields at all times during your appointment.

We thank you for understanding the measures we are taking to keep everyone safe during your next scheduled appointment. After this long break, we are exited to get back to work and to see our wonderful patients again.
