Did you know that candy doesn’t directly cause cavities? The real problem is the sugar that feeds cavity-causing bacteria. Sticky and hard candies can be tougher on teeth because they stay around longer and hide in hard-to-clean spots. Treats are totally okay in moderation, just remember to keep brushing two times a day for two full minutes!
