Before Dr. George Grant invented the wooden golf tee in 1899 golfers carried buckets of sand from hole to hole to use to make sand mounds to hit their balls off.

Dr. George Grant was also one of the first black men to attend, and graduate from Harvard Dental School.

The reason is so the cells of the tooth root’s surface don’t swell up and then burst. This happens when you put the tooth in water. Milk also contains proteins that maintain the perfect pH balance in addition to substances with anti-bacterial effects and sugars to promote cell growth.

Adult alligators have between 74 and 84 teeth in its mouth. Alligators don't chew Their teeth aren't particularly sharp, but together, they are very effective. If a tooth wears down or breaks off, a new one grows to take its place.
