We are often asked, “Why are my gums bleeding?” or we hear, “My gums were bleeding so I stopped flossing”.
When your gums bleed it’s their way of showing you they need more attention (brushing and flossing). Gums will bleed when there is a build of bacteria that causes inflammation and bleeding. If you see your gums bleeding it means that they need better home care.

As of now dental offices are not impacted by the Governors two week “freeze”. We will continue see patients as usual while monitoring the guidelines as they become available.
