Exciting news for the Summer of 2025! SmileAlive's Springfield location (only the Springfield location!) was sold to Dr. Matt Collins and will be renamed Two Rivers Dental. Dr. Baarstad will CONTINUE to serve the community, grow, and accept new patients at our Crescent Village location, in The Schimmer Building, @ 2921 Crescent ave, suite 210.

Today we celebrate Cari’s 10 year work anniversary! You can find Cari mostly at our Eugene location but she is also in Springfield about one day a week. She is kind, efficient and caring. She always has a smile and is ready to help out patients with their treatment plans and insurance needs. Congratulations Cari!
