He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University and completed a pediatric residency at Baylor University at Texas Scottish Rite and Children’s Medical Center Hospitals in Dallas.

This basket is packed with fun Halloween surprises! Sticky, gummy candies didn’t make the cut… sorry, you know us! 😉 But we did sneak in some chocolate. 🍫

Did you know plain chocolate is a better choice for teeth than sticky, gummy treats? It doesn’t cling to teeth as easily. Now that’s something to smile about! 🦷

Why visit Dr. Dunne & Dr. Ashley every 6 months? These visits help us:

✨ Catch cavities early—before they hurt
✨ Clean away plaque and tartar
✨ Check how teeth and jaws are developing
✨ Share brushing, flossing, and healthy snack tips
✨ Help your child feel comfortable at the dentist office

Sometimes, little smiles need a little extra care! 💛

If your child is in ortho, has a history of cavities, early signs of tooth decay, or a higher risk of dental problems, we may recommend visits every 3 months. More frequent visits let us monitor changes closely and provide extra preventive care, such as fluoride when needed.

Every child’s smile is different, so we’ll recommend a schedule that fits their needs!

🎓 WHEN IS IT TIME TO MOVE ON?
We’ve updated our policy for current patients who are 18 and older.

Our general guideline is that once a patient has turned 18 and graduated high school, it is usually time to transition to an adult dentist.

But we know every family is different!

If your 18-year-old still has younger siblings who come to our office and you’d like to keep everyone at the same dental home, we’re happy to continue seeing them.

Most of our older kiddos are ready to move on—but we’re honored to keep caring for those “adults” who still feel like kids to us. 💙
