We don’t recommend brushing your friend’s teeth blindfolded 😂
But we DO recommend brushing twice a day for two full minutes, using a soft-bristled toothbrush, and making sure you’re brushing along the gumline and all surfaces of your teeth.

Rubber bands are one part of braces treatment that relies completely on consistency. We teach how to wear them, when to change them, and how long to keep them in, but the results depend on actually wearing them.
And not to give away our secrets, but if changing them takes more than 5 seconds, it’s usually pretty obvious they haven’t been worn regularly.
