Healthy Smile Tips for Your Child:
🪥Brush at least 2 times a day for at least 2 minutes
🦷Floss like a boss
🍎 Eat a healthy diet that limits sugary beverages and snacks
👨‍⚕️See your dentist/hygienist twice yearly for prevention and treatment
🪄 Use toothpaste that has fluoride
👶🏼 Start bringing your child to the dentist as soon as tooth development begins
