Connecting. Learning. Leading.

Our Doctor Summit brought together an incredible group of doctors for a few days of learning, collaboration, and connection. 🦷

Beyond the presentations and conversations, the Summit created an opportunity to step away from the everyday, share experiences, and learn from one another as leaders in pediatric dentistry.

From meaningful discussions to team-building moments, including a little friendly competition at Topgolf, it was a great reminder of the strength that comes from being part of a team that continues to grow together.

We’re grateful for the time, energy, and ideas our doctors brought to the Summit. We’re excited to see how those conversations continue to shape our practices and, most importantly, the experience we create for our patients and teams.

Here’s to continuing to learn, lead, and grow together! 👏

Growing Together. Leading Forward.

Our Regional Operations Managers came together for another great Summit filled with learning, collaboration, and plenty of opportunities to step outside the day-to-day and focus on what it means to lead.

From connecting with fellow leaders to digging into the challenges and opportunities across our practices, the ROM Summit was all about gaining new perspectives and finding ways to turn those ideas into action.

What stood out most was the willingness of this group to learn from one another, ask questions, challenge the status quo, and continue growing as leaders. That kind of openness is what makes experiences like this so valuable.

We’re proud of this team and the impact they make across their regions every day. Now it’s time to take what we learned, put it into action, and keep moving forward together!

Teamwork Turned Up the Heat 🔥🍎

Wednesday night, our Regional Managers, Regional Directors, and Executive Team headed to Uncorked Kitchen in Centennial, Colorado for a team-building experience that brought a little friendly competition and a lot of fun.

The group split into two teams of eight for an Iron Chef-style cooking competition, with apples as the secret ingredient. From brainstorming their menus to navigating a busy kitchen, the teams had to communicate, collaborate, and keep calm under pressure sometimes under literal fire!

The food was incredible, but the best part of the evening was seeing everyone work together, laugh, problem-solve, and cheer each other on. By the end of the night, everyone left with smiles plastered across their faces, full bellies, and another great reminder that some of the best team building happens when we step outside of our day-to-day roles and tackle something new together.

was filled with meaningful conversations and exciting moments, but for our Senior Credentialing Specialist, Maggi Evans, the most memorable experience came through the eyes of the kids she met as Sparkle, our Tooth Fairy ✨

“One little girl absolutely stole my heart.” Maggi shared. "I spent about five minutes just sitting and talking with her — getting to know her, asking about her day, how old she was, what grade she was going into, and just enjoying the conversation. On the second day, she came back to find me and proudly told everyone she was friends with the Tooth Fairy. We walked around together, played putt-putt, and shared moments I’ll never forget.”

For Maggi, "Being at AAPD reminded me that what we do goes so much deeper than dentistry. Seeing those sparks reignite through simple moments and quality time with the kids we’re there to help — that’s what really matters to me."
