was filled with meaningful conversations and exciting moments, but for our Senior Credentialing Specialist, Maggi Evans, the most memorable experience came through the eyes of the kids she met as Sparkle, our Tooth Fairy ✨

“One little girl absolutely stole my heart.” Maggi shared. "I spent about five minutes just sitting and talking with her — getting to know her, asking about her day, how old she was, what grade she was going into, and just enjoying the conversation. On the second day, she came back to find me and proudly told everyone she was friends with the Tooth Fairy. We walked around together, played putt-putt, and shared moments I’ll never forget.”

For Maggi, "Being at AAPD reminded me that what we do goes so much deeper than dentistry. Seeing those sparks reignite through simple moments and quality time with the kids we’re there to help — that’s what really matters to me."

AAPD 2026 brought together some of the brightest minds and biggest conversations in pediatric dentistry, and Lone Peak Dental Group was proud to be part of it. From connecting with future providers to discussing new opportunities to expand access to care, this year’s conference was filled with meaningful conversations and exciting momentum for the future of the industry.

As our Director of People Development, Stef Simich shared:

“This year was the first time AAPD hosted a career fair, and it was amazing to be part of it. The energy was incredible, and it was really exciting to see so many different conversations happening around pediatric dentistry, career growth, and access to care.

We connected with dental students exploring future opportunities, new doctors looking for the right next step, residency directors interested in lunch and learns, and established providers who wanted to talk more about hospital privileges, partnership opportunities, and expanding access to care in their communities.”

What a fantastic turnout for our Myrtle Beach Re-Grand Opening Event! 🎉🦷

It was incredible to see so many families from the community come together to celebrate, explore the refreshed office updates, and enjoy an afternoon full of fun. Between the games, raffles, face painting, treats, and special guests, the office was filled with excitement, laughter, and plenty of smiling faces all day long.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by and helped make the event such a memorable success. We’re proud to continue investing in our practices and creating welcoming spaces where kids can feel comfortable, supported, and excited about their dental experience. 💚💛
