“Scroll the carousel - you will see the step by step layering scheme.

This is one of my ways to create translucency when we do not use a transparent composite layer, but instead build a visual illusion of translucency. On an opaque base, by combining tints on different layers, we reproduce the same optical nuances you see in natural teeth. The logic is similar to painting: a bright white base allows you to create depth, light, and texture with color.

I use this approach when we cannot lengthen the tooth enough to place a real translucent layer made of transparent composite. In that case, translucency is achieved through the correct combination of tints.

This is my main workhorse technique - around 80% of my cases are done this way, so it is refined to a very high level. In the carousel I show exactly how it works step by step. And the full breakdown will be in the course I am currently finishing.
