When your team refuses to dance for another video… 😭😂

Priscilla: No problem. I’ll just make you dance anyway. 💃🤣

They thought they were getting out of this one… but technology had other plans. 💅😂

Just another day keeping things interesting at All Smiles Dental Studio! 🤍🦷

When a patient starts asking Sadie questions about their dental insurance… 😭☎️😂

Sadie: “Okay, well that’s interesting. You know why?”

Patient: “Why?”

Sadie: 🧤💨🏃‍♀️

The way she threw the gloves and disappeared without answering a single question. 😭😂

All jokes aside, our team is always happy to help you understand your dental benefits! 🤍🦷

When you’re trying to explain why your dental office is the best in Encinitas… 😭😂

Sadie and Priscilla: “235 acres… THOUSANDS of chickens… QUACK, QUACK, QUACK!” 🐔🦆💀

The confidence? 10/10.
The explanation? We’re still trying to figure that out. 😂

All jokes aside, we really do love what we do, and we love making our patients smile! 🤍🦷

When a patient asks Sadie a question about their dental insurance… 😭☎️

Sadie: “At the end of the day, when it’s all said and done…” 😂

A very confident answer was given.

Did it answer the question? Absolutely not. 😭😂

Don’t worry—we’ll get you to someone who can actually help. 🤍🦷

When you finally get through to a dental insurance rep, ask for a breakdown of benefits… and they send you right back to the automated line. 😭☎️

Priscilla: Okay, where’s my Burn Book? 📓😂

If you’ve ever worked the front desk in a dental office, you already know. 😭

When you’re a Millennial just trying to connect with your Gen Z staff… 😭😂

Priscilla giving major “I’m not like a regular boss, I’m a cool boss” energy. 💅

Sadie: Please stop talking. 😐😂

Apparently quoting Mean Girls is NOT the bonding experience Priscilla thought it was going to be. 😭
