How to floss:

Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers. Guide the floss between your teeth using a gentle rubbing motion. Never snap the floss into the gums. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a C shape against one tooth. Repeat.

Dr. Lazar has been my dentist for several years now. I have found that he is an excellent dentist. He has excellent professional skills. And his ability to explain what the problem is, and what he recommends to solve the problem, is very understandable and helpful.
