Moving forward a second molar and a wisdom tooth in the lower jaw to avoid an implant for a missing first molar!
Now THAT is the power of braces! 😁

This process can be done with mini-implants, or temporary anchorage devices (and full braces) to avoid all kinds of side effects, such as tipping and rotation.

It saves patients thousands of dollars, addional surgery for a bone graft, an implant, and a crown. In the process, we're aligning the whole dentition, correcting the bite and enhancing the smile.
