Our little Level is officially ONE YEAR OLD!🎉

We genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for the village that helped us get here.

To our patients and families: thank you for trusting us with your smiles, your kids, your questions, and your referrals. Your support has meant everything to us.

To the dentists and teams who have trusted us with your patients: thank you for believing in our practice and allowing us to be part of their care. We’re incredibly grateful for every referral and every relationship we’ve built.

And to our mentors, colleagues, friends, and family: thank you for the advice, encouragement, pep talks, problem-solving, and not letting me quit after week 3.

Starting a practice from scratch has been one of the biggest adventures of our lives. This first year has been filled with challenges, growth, LOTS of learning, and so many incredible people.

It really does take a village. And we’re so lucky to have ours. ❤️

104° in Baltimore had us fighting for our LIVES 🥵☀️

So when we saw the sign saying “COME IN DANCING FOR A SWEET TREAT”… obviously we understood the assignment. 💃🕺🍦

Our reward? Nightingale ice cream sandwiches 🤤❄️ They may have saved the entire Level Orthodontics team from melting.

If you’ve ever visited Level Orthodontics, chances are you’ve been greeted by her friendly smile, calming presence, and willingness to help with absolutely anything. She goes above and beyond every single day to make our patients feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home. 🙏🏽

Happy Orthodontic Staff Appreciation Day to my Day 1 Ride-or-Dies, Mikayla and Angel! ❤️ A little throwback to August 2025 when we stepped into OUR new practice for the very first time. WOW how far we’ve come. I’m so proud of this team!

Mikayla is the friendly voice behind the scenes who somehow finds a way to fit everyone into the schedule, answer a million questions, keep the office looking amazing, and make every patient feel welcome from the moment they call or walk through the door.

Angel is our clinical wizard who somehow makes appointments feel easy, and has mastered the art of getting patients back to school or work on time… or intentionally a few minutes late when they could use a break. 😏

Starting a practice from scratch is equal parts exciting, terrifying, and occasionally held together with caffeine and blind optimism. I could not have asked for two better people to take this journey with me. They care about our patients, and this practice as if it were their own. That means more than I can put into words.

Thank you both for your hard work, your loyalty, your laughter, and for believing in this dream from day one. Level Orthodontics wouldn’t be what it is without you. 💚

This weekend, Dr. Mark celebrated his 10year dental school reunion 🍾

Crazy to look around these photos and realize they’re filled with some of the most talented and brilliant people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. We may have survived on caffeine and trauma bonding back then…but look at everyone now. Proud of this class and all their incredible success🦷🍻

We’re passing the 🎂 birthday cake 🎂 to the friendliest, most helpful patient coordinator in Howard County. She may not know who is, and doesn’t believe bats are real, but we still love and cherish her for all the hard work she puts in to make sure your patient experience is top notch!
