A letter from Jan to her patients:

I would like to Thank each and everyone of you for making the last 15 years of my career the very best!
It is very hard to walk away from my corner room filled with sunshine and love. We shared good stories, love and lots of laughter. The friendships we made warmed my heart daily. I can honestly say coming to work was always a pleasure. I will miss you all! Thank you for trusting me with for dental care! I know your next hygienist will take good care of you!

POLICY CHANGE: In April we updated our policy for confirming appointments. We posted to to our social media and we also made sure to start informing all patients when scheduling of the new policy. This is just a reminder to those who may not have seen it or just needed that friendly Friday reminder.

CLEANING APPOINTMENTS : We are asking that you please confirm your appointments 2 days prior. This help us try to accommodate all our current patients wanting to get in for cleanings. If you have an upcoming cleaning appointment that is not confirmed we will send you a text 1 week before, email and if we still haven’t heard from you we will provide one final phone call to confirm before removing your appointment from our schedule. Please help us ensure that everyone is able to be seen in a timely manner. If you have any questions about this new policy please feel free to call our office. 509-933-4800 😆🦷🪥

We saved the biggest and best for last! Today is a bitter sweet day for us at Creekside Dental. Today we celebrate a beautiful career and an amazing woman! Jan has been a part of Creekside dental since 2011 where she quickly became loved and requested by many of our patients. Jan’s smiling face, quick wit and loving personality made coming to the dentist feel a whole lot less stressful and a whole lot more fun and comfortable. To the woman who is the definition of incredible employee, coworker and friend…. We are so proud of you and all that you have done for the dental industry and most of all everything you have done for Creekside Dental! We love you Jan and are excited to see what this next adventure of retirement looks like for you! Cheers to over 50 years! 🥂🎉🥳
