We completely understand that a visit to the dentist can be the cause of stress and fear for many patients. Did you know about 80% of people suffer from dental anxiety?

At Avanta Dental, we are dedicated to providing our patients with high quality dental care. Our goal is to make dental visits a positive, stress free experience so you can maintain excellent oral health without fear.

Talk to your dental team about your specific fears, we want you to feel most comfortable during your visit, without the knowledge of your anxiety, we aren’t able to offer you solutions to help you destress.

Distractions like music or your favorite podcast can be very effective, or bring a friend or family member that you trust and are comfortable with.

Take deep breaths, through your nose, this distracts your brain away from any thoughts. We provide neck pillows and blankets to keep you cozy and make you feel right at home!

Ask us about our oral sedation options, these can help you relax during your appointment, and have the best dental visit, you won’t remember!

Have you always been self conscious of the imperfections of your smile?

You don’t have to be!

Invisalign is a faster, more discrete way to straighten your teeth, enabling tooth movement 2x faster than traditional braces, minus the metal brackets!

Although most patients are quick to think that straightening your teeth is more a treatment you do in your teenage years, Invisalign is a very common and well loved treatment for adults as well.

Invisalign saves your smile from a mouth full of metal and simply adds small attachments that are hardly noticeable allowing your clear aligners to fasten securely to your teeth. Aligners are convenient and removable to eat, drink, brush and floss as usual. Advances in Invisalign treatment now allow correcting in other issues besides crooked teeth, overbites, underbites, open bites and gapped teeth can all be improved with Invisalign. Some even say that when straightening their teeth, they have a significant reduction of migraines because of the excessive pressure.

If you’ve been thinking about Invisalign, take the leap. A confident smile can say so much!
