On this National Popcorn Day,we want to remind our friends with braces,to JUST SAY NO!🚫🍿

⚠️ Hard,unpopped kernels,can easily break brackets and bend wires. This can delay treatment progress and require emergency visits.

⚠️The popcorn hulls can become wedged between the wire and tooth,or below the gumline,causing swelling and irritation to your gums.

✨️Remember, this is just temporary! You'll get to enjoy popcorn with your beautiful straight teeth in no time!
